I have taken one spin class. About halfway through, I came to the realization that I could walk out the door and leave my pride behind me or face passing out onto the floor in front of the whole class. I chose the former. And I have never looked back.
Seriously, I shield my eyes everytime I pass the spin studio at the gym.
